“She is the moment.”

Kimberly Rios is a Dominican-Colombian actress, model, and coffee addict. A native New Yorker, Kimberly’s love of theatre began at the age of 6 when she realized that as the youngest of four siblings, the stage was her only chance at spotlight. As the child of two immigrant parents, she grew up being a part of many countries, nations, and stories and seeks to bring global empathy into her work as a storyteller.

She received her BA in Acting at Marymount Manhattan College and continues honing her craft with industry legends Bob Krakower, John Basil, Matthew Maisto, Gayle Pillsbury, Tom O’Brian, and Matt Newton.

Recent work includes: the Off Off Broadway play “The Very Last Dance of Homeless Joe” at the Latea Theater, “The Ideal Husband” as Lady Basildon with The Player’s Gallery, “Train Traffic” with Infusion Stage Productions, and “Extracted” with director Alexandra Scordato.

In fall 2020 Kim starred in a short indie film titled “Beach Animal” where she played a young woman finding love on the shores of Massachusetts.
